If you are a school teacher and your students have forgotten their passwords (it happens a lot, we know!) you can reset them one of two ways.
Option 1. Reset Password Link
1. Add an Email Address
To use the reset password link you need to have an email address added to your account.
To add an email address to your account use the drop-down menu next to your name at the top right of the screen.
2. Edit Profile
Click on ‘edit profile’ and from here you can add your email address.
3. Forgotten Password Link
Once you have an email address added you can use the forgotten password link on the sign in screen.
4. Reset Password
Click on ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ and fill in your details. Enter your username or email address and if we can find you in the system you will receive a reset password link to you email address.
Option 2. Contact us for Assistance
If your students do not have email addresses associated with their accounts you can simply send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reset the passwords for you.
