1. Add an Email Address
To reset your password you need to have an email address added to your account.
To add an email address to your account use the drop-down menu next to your name at the top right of the screen.
2. Edit Profile
Click on ‘edit profile’ and from here you can add your email address.
3. Forgotten Password Link
Once you have an email address added you can use the forgotten password link on the sign in screen.
4. Reset Password
Click on ‘forgotten password’ and fill in your details. Enter your username or email address and if we can find you in the system you will receive a reset password link to you email address.
5. Contact us for Assistance (school users)
If you have signed up through a school you may not have an email address associated with your account, depending on if one was provided. Ask your teacher to help and they can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to reset your password for you.
